Healthy pizza?!?! I feel like those words can’t be in the same sentence. With this recipe you can have a healthy “pizza” that doesn’t taste nasty lol. I have tried so many different recipes to make cauliflower crust. All of them took so much time and work. Some recipes you need to dry out the cauliflower to get the moisture out. Some you need to steam, boil or microwave the cauliflower. This recipe you do NOT have to do any of that! I’m telling you, this is the healthiest, easiest and most delicious cauliflower pizza recipe I have found.

Flip the crust over and bake for an additional 10 minutes
My hubby likes the crust a little more crunchy. Leave it in the oven a little longer if you prefer them like this.
I like them like this.
In a small bowl, combine chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing and cream cheese.
Spread on prepared crust.
Top with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. TaDa! It’s so YUMMY!!
I like to make a lot of cauliflower crusts and freeze them.
The soft ones work great as tortillas!
The boys def enjoyed it 🙂
